By registering, you will be able to receive the most recent deals in the neighborhood of your choice.
1 - It is advised to specify whether you want to add an advertisement to a single plot of land or to numerous plots within the block.
- Adding multiple advertisements suggests that you wish to add a property to multiple plots.
- Back-to-back lands, adjacent lands, the beginning of a block, or the complete block.
- Or (a building) (a palace - a villa) on multiple lots, or a cluster of neighboring or adjacent villas, or the head of a block while it is still within the block.
[All of these advertisements are considered a single ad].
Choose the neighborhood
2- Choose the location of the property you want to advertise in the following ways:
The first method: If you know the plot number, enter it, and perform a search. It will show you a group of lands with the same number as you input, but the block number and plan number are different, and you must search for your property using the display list on the left side of the page.
The second method: Enter the lot and block number to obtain a more accurate result than the previous one.
The third method: Entering the lot number and plan number, which is more accurate than the previous one.
The fourth method: is the most accurate, yielding a 100% outcome. Enter the plot, block, and plan numbers.
The fifth method: If you do not have the above, go to the search by street name page and enter the name of the street where the location you want to promote is located.
- After that, a form for entering information about the property you want to promote will appear.
ü You must enter the property data if you have a (FAL) number. Enter it the first time, and you will not be asked for it again because it is saved under your name. Then, input the (advertising) number obtained from (FAL) in agreement with the property owners, and complete the details specified on the form.
ü Note that the plot number, block number, and plan number will display first, followed by the needed price, fee, means of communication, description of the property or land, and services available in the community where the buyer wishes to acquire. Download images of the property, preferably exact and clear, to attract the buyer's interest. If the offer is for land, there is no need to include any photos. Then choose an ad display period that is right for you.
ü You will receive a message one week before the end of the advertisement term whether you wish to extend it or not.
ü If the extension gets rejected, you lose your right to demand anything from the site.
