How to Add an advertisement  

Register on the Website (for your benefit)  

• By registering, you will be able to receive the latest listings in your preferred neighborhood as soon as they become available.
• After registration, you will be presented with a form to enter the details of the property you wish to list.
• You must complete the property information, and you must have a Val Number. Enter it the first time only—it will be saved under your profile, so you won't need to enter it again upon future logins. Then, input the Ad Number provided by Val, as agreed with the property owners, and complete the rest of the form fields.
• You will then see the parcel number, block number, and plan number. Add the asking price, the bidding price, your preferred method of contact, a description of the property or land, and the available services in the neighborhood that might attract potential buyers, investors, or tenants.
• Upload clear and high-quality photos of the property to better attract potential buyers. If the listing is for a land plot, uploading images is not required.
• Select the desired duration for your listing.
• Choose your preferred payment option from the payment form, and you may also opt to feature your listing on the homepage.
• A notification will be sent to you one week before your listing expires, asking if you'd like to extend the listing or not.
• Please note: If you choose not to extend the listing, the website bears no further responsibility, and no claims can be made afterward.  

Note:     

We recommend specifying whether you wish to list a single plot or multiple plots within the same block.  

A multi-property Ads indicates that you are listing a property that spans across multiple plots—for example:  

• Adjacent or contiguous plots
• A corner block
• A full block
• A row of plots
• A building, palace, or villa spread over more than one plot
• A group of adjacent or aligned villas within the same block
• All of the above are considered a single Ad.       

How to choose the property location for the listing:  

Method 1: If you have the Land number, enter it and click "Search." A list of matching land plots will appear with different block and plan numbers. Search for your property from the list on the left-hand side of the screen.  

Method 2: Enter both the land and block numbers for more accurate results.  

Method 3: Enter the land number and the plan number. This is even more precise.  

Method 4: For 100% accuracy, enter the land number, block number, and plan number.  

Method 5: If none of the above information is available, search by street name. Enter the name of the street where your property is located, then select the appropriate location from the search results.  

Quick Way to Add a Listing:

1. Click on “Add Ad” from the Add Listing button in the menu.
2. A neighborhood selection box will appear — choose your desired neighborhood.
3. Next, select the street where the property is located.
4. The property will appear on the map according to the selected neighborhood and street.
5. Double-click on the land number shown on the map and choose either "Add Property" or "Add Multiple Ads" based on your needs.
6. If the Ad is for a single plot, choose Add Ad.
7. If the Ad includes multiple adjacent properties, choose Add Multiple Ads, and select the relevant plots (as long as they are within the same block and not scattered). This will count as one Ad. Then proceed to complete the listing process.
